Ladies and Gentlemen, I don’t often ‘plug’ shops. In all honesty the majority of coffee I drink in London is crap. A dull blend of over-roasted poor quality filth brewed up by a performing barista monkey. However, every so often you find somewhere that actually knows what they are doing. A place that knows the difference between Robusta and Arabica. A place that knows its shade grown from its sun grown coffee. A place that actually knows what a flat white is and better yet, knows how to make it.
These places are like gold mines. No, make that diamond mines. They are few and far between, like a beauty with brains or a white man who actually can dance.
I digress. What I mean to say is that I think I have found the best Flat White in London. It can be found at Chancery Coffee which is at 90 Chancery Lane, London, WC2A 1DT.
Go there! Now! By order of the Flat White gods!
